The International Congress and Trade Fair on Small Hydropower.

Hidroenergia is traditionally regarded as the key event of the Small Hydropower (SHP) sector during which new political, financial and technical sector developments are debated and assessed. The 2012 congress will attract several hundred delegates from Europe and other parts of the world. Leading SHP players will exhibit their latest activities and products. The event offers you a unique opportunity to generate new business by demonstrating your products and services to a wide range of clients dedicated to the development of hydropower.

The Polish Association for Small Hydropower Development, is a non-profit organisation which groups together SHP plants owners, operators and supporters. TRMEW represents the sector in the political arena by active participation in legislative processes; integrates the SHP sector by organising branch meetings, conferences and trainings; provides education concerning small hydropower and other renewable energy sources; and takes numerous actions on behalf of its members — in their interest and for their benefit.

ESHA, the European Small Hydropower Association, represents the interests of the small hydropower sector by promoting the benefits and opportunities of hydropower on EU level. ESHA campaigns for improved market conditions for the hydropower sector, removal of barriers to hydropower development and an increase in hydro electricity production in the EU and wider Europe. The association serves as a platform for actors in the hydropower field.
