The Welcome Reception starts at 20:00 at the Town Hall on the marktplace of Wroclaw. Do not forget your badge and/or personal invitation!

The hidroenergia 2012 trade fair area will be opened for clients of exhibitors and the general public on Friday, 25 May 2012, between 08³⁰ and 18⁰⁰. Day tickets can be purchased at the registration desk in the conference venue (Regional Centre for Business Tourism (RCTB). The price of € 40 (PLN 170) includes the access to the exhibition area as well as coffee breaks and lunch.

ESHA’s annual General Assembly (09h00 — 13h15) & Governing Board (14h30-17h45) will take place on the 23^rd of May, before Hidroenergia 2012 in Wrocław, Poland, Regional Centre for Business Tourism, Conference room B
