Hidroenergia 2012 will be held in the Regional Centre for Business Tourism (RCTB) close to the famous Centennial Hall in Wrocław. The exhibition area is conveniently located in close proximity to the plenary and meeting rooms of the congress in the same building. The welcome reception and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area. This will guarantee regular high numbers of visits of congress delegates to your booth. An open day for the general public will provide further visitors to your booth.

Exhibitors can choose from the following basic options:

1. Basic exhibition booth of 6m² including electricity and Internet access. A basic exhibition booth includes dividing and rear walls to suit position and multi-space exhibits, floor covering (carpet tiles), 1 table, 2 chairs, lamps, name board, and an electric distribution cable.
2. Basic floor space of 6m² including electricity and Internet access; the exhibitor provides his own exhibition booth/equipment.
3. Larger exhibition space and booths are as well available. Exhibitors choosing this option will receive a 10% discount from 12m² onwards. We can also send you a personalized offer depending on your specific requests.

Prices and Benefits

Option 1 (basic exhibition booth of 6m²): € 2,000

Option 2 (basic floor space of 6m²): € 1,800

Option 3 (personalized offer): price depending on your request

Each option entitles one person to participate in hidroenergia 2012 including the congress welcome reception and gala dinner as well as lunches and coffee breaks. A further person can enjoy these benefits for every additional exhibition unit of 6m².

Every exhibitor has a full-page article or advertisement in the exhibitor catalogue of hidroenergia 2012.

The amounts mentioned above do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Registration information

We encourage your early registration! Exhibition space will be allocated on a first-come-first serve basis. After the exhibition space in the main area has been filled, we will accommodate further areas in other parts of the congress venue. However, we cannot guarantee the same quality and exposure of the location as we can in the main space.

Late registrations: After 31^st March 2012: a 10% handling fee will be added to the prices for registrations received after the 31^st of March 2012.

Payment conditions: your registration will be approved after the reception of a 50% payment of the total amount. The other half of the payment is due latest six weeks after the first payment and/or latest six weeks before the congress date.
